Security
How we protect your data, your product, and your users — in plain language.
Last updated: October 2026
How we protect your data
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems and databases is restricted to the engineers working on your project, authenticated with individual accounts — never shared credentials.
We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries and deliver your project, and we never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Secure development practices
Every product we build follows secure-by-default practices: server-side validation on every input, row-level access rules on databases, least-privilege API keys, and secrets stored in managed vaults — never in code.
Dependencies are kept current and scanned for known vulnerabilities before launch.
Your ownership and control
You own your source code and your data. Administrator access is role-based, and you can request an export or deletion of your data at any time.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue in our website or a product we maintain, please report it to founder@nextcodecompany.com. We acknowledge reports within 48 hours and investigate promptly.
Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
