Every engagement begins with a written proposal that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. Work starts once the proposal is accepted and the initial payment is received.

If the scope changes midway, we pause, agree the change in writing, and adjust the timeline and price before continuing.

Projects are billed in milestones as defined in the proposal. Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

Work may be paused on overdue invoices. Final deliverables and source code are handed over once the final payment clears.

Once paid in full, you own the custom source code, designs, and documentation we create for your project.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and internal frameworks used to build your product; you receive a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them as part of your delivered product.

Everything you share with us about your business, users, and plans is treated as confidential and used only to deliver your project.

We may reference the project in our portfolio only with your permission.

We deliver work with professional care and fix defects reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may end an engagement with 14 days' written notice. You pay for work completed to date, and we hand over everything completed so far.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
